Definitely works well and great price. Smell is good and not over powering. Does do exactly as describe.. freshen, eliminates odors and gives a clean scent.

This stuff works! Tried several others to rid cashing off fish, smoke and weed idiots and nothing did the trick until this. It works! Doesn't stain, doesn't cause any issues with fabric or wood, it just eliminates odors. It's now a staple on our shelf between odoban and windex.

It smells so good that I am tempted to use it for cologne, except I know it’s not recommended for that purpose. Fresh smell , better than Febreze or any other brand I’ve tried. I got the gallon bottle to refill my spray bottle several times. Very well priced too. Waiting to see if it lasts a long time.

NOT A STAIN REMOVER! bottle arrived undamaged and not leaking, has a safety seal and cap on it. knew it was gonna be big but this bottle is huge, will last me forever! smells soooo good, almost a cologne type scent but light and airy not overpowering at all. the scent itself reminds me of walking into a fresh clean hotel room at the beach. i have been using febreze pretty much my whole life and i might just continue using this. my boyfriend is pretty sensitive to room sprays especially aerosol and he says this one doesn’t bother him much but still smells great. i dont know if i just go nose blind quickly but the scent doesn’t seem to last super long but a decent amount of time, it says for fabric but seems better as a general room spray. i also bought a fine mist continuous spray bottle (here on amazon also) and its the perfect way to use this.

Zep Odor Eliminator is the best product I’ve used for stubborn pet odors. It has a strong, clean scent that isn’t overpowering, and it worked instantly where other products failed. The odors were completely gone within minutes not just covered up. Highly effective and now a must-have in my cleaning routine.

I used to be religious to Odoban BUT I learned it is very unsafe around pets and it was also making me have irritation. I tried this on a whim and OMG. This smells AMAZING, covers any stank you may have in your home, and isn’t an overpowering smell. It’s a super fresh scent, I have a cat and two boxes of litter and you would have no idea unless you saw him. If I cook strong food it will kill the smell. It’s my new holy grail of a fresh house.
