Can you taste any metal leaching into the coffee?

No metal taste. But then the coffee drips into the cup & I then pour it into a mug so it doesn't sit there but a few minutes.

Is this dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. I put it in the dishwasher all the time.

Can I put this on a stove?

I have a krups and was wondering if the carafe lid would fit on this?

I'm not sure. I have a Mr. Coffee & it fits fine. I'd say measure the area where the cup will sit & see if it will fit. Don't know what you mean by carafe lid. It doesn't have a lid. If you mean the lid on your krups carafe, my guess would be that it won't. I don't use a lid on mine.
