Great customer service and value
Great customer service and quality American standard sink. The first sink arrived broken, but the second one arrived unharmed. They did have extra padding on the shipping box both times. Measurements were on point and item was displayed correctly online.

Second Sink Arrived Broken Worse than the First
Upon first look the outside box seems fine. After opening however the inside box was damaged and the sink inside broken. The picture attached to this review was taken right after opening the box. This is the second sink in a row that arrived broken.

Advertised and correctly.
This bathroom sink was advertised as 8-in centers. Therefore I bought 8 in centered faucets. However it was a 4 in center. Needless to say an 8 in faucet looked terrible and crowded with only 4 in center holes. Then the installer could not get it to quit leaking. After hiring a plumber that cost me $325 extra we found out the sink was defective when the mold was poured. The drain was ruined due to trying to tighten it and I had to spend another $43 on a new drain. Very unhappy customer. My money was refunded but the whole deal cost me an additional $368.

The outer box was in perfect condition as was the inner box. The expanded bags of isolating foam were all in place. Sounds like it was smashed before it left the warehouse. The replacement arrived in good shape and much faster than the first one.
