Does it support auto sleep and wake？

Yes. When you open and close the cover, your iPad responds instantly by waking up or going to sleep mode.

Does anyone know magnetized back will make ipad bad over the time?

It attaches using the same method as official iPad cases, so it should not hurt your iPad. Modern electronics are generally not affected by magnets.

How does this case have over 900 reviews when the ipad air 4th generation hasn't even shipped yet? just curious.

That’s because this case was designed and sold for the 2nd gen iPad Pro, and the new 4th gen iPad Air shares the same design. The seller has just updated the title of the product because it now works for the Air too.
