Arrived quickly, very easy to replace.

Love the new design of this foil for my electric shaver. Better than the one that came with my shaver actually. Gets all the hairs from every different direction. Soft on my skin and has snagged in any of my unruly hairs ! Extra blade is sharp and is a perfect replacement as well !

This screen is a knockoff of the original, and does not work as well. If you look at my photo you'll see the difference in the pattern between this one and the original. The one on the left is the original, which is also shown in the product photo above. The foil has a nice pattern for catching beard hairs. The one on the left is the one shipped to me. It does NOT have the same pattern - the pattern is more random, and the holes are smaller. It takes many more passes, and pressing harder into the skin to shave with this one. If your beard is thin and light, it will probably be ok for you. But if your beard is heavy and thick like mine, it just is a pain to shave with, it takes longer and my skin is more abraded by it. I've tried 2 other foils sold on Amazon, and which have a product photo the same as this one above, but are just as bogus as this one. I don't know where to get the original foils, but these have to be returned, they don't do the job for me.

This arrived in a big plastic envelope, containing a small manilla envelope, containing a thin foil laminate envelope with both parts inside. Unwrapping all this, I found the shaver foil had several little dings and wrinkles in it, and wondered whether it would work okay. I just about sent it back, complaining about inadequate packing. Instead, I used a little polymer hammer to try to smoothe out the wrinkles, which helped just a little. Then when I took the old original parts out of the shaver, I was surprised at how many wrinkles an dings showed up on the old shaver foil once it was unhooked and uncurved from the head. I installed the new parts, and the foil looked just fine when curved and mounted. I can now say the shaver cuts as well as ever, in spite of my original doubts.

I have used several of these - the screen and cutter are fine, but they ship together in one plastic packet which can allow the screen to be deformed by the cutter head in shipping, so that can require careful re-flattening of the screen before use.

It brought my razer back to life-great.

Junk product on a Panasonic 3831, doesn't align well and doesn't shave. Need to pass over to 10 times for some light stubble. Do not recommend.
