Great quick and easy plugs for open hole flute
Great plugs for my buffet flute. Fit very snug and sturdy. Have not had any issues with them not fitting or falling out. Even had extra left over after plugging. Super easy to put them in.

Super exciting
There are two types of people reading this review. Those that will make excited noises over playing a low B on their flute for the first time ever and those that will squint at our excited noises. I have 40 years of fluting as an amateur. I occasionally play with a small group or a community band, but I mostly use my flute to learn and interpret music that I'll be singing. I only play about an hour and a half a week. My 4th grade beginner flute finally needed professional help and I found that it would cost just as much to tune up the old loverboy as it would be to buy a hot, young openholed model. (That came out sounding grosser than I would like, but woodwinds have a reputation for being prim, so I'm going to leave it. Take that, percussion pit.) I JUST recently upgraded to an intermediate Cecilio open holed flute ...with a B footjoint. So exciting! Except that my fingers will not position properly on the open holes and I lost every note from a low D down. AUGH. With practice, practice, practice, I got my D back and semi-reliable Cs, but I sing alto and I both love and need those low notes. Enter the pack of pluggies! I pop one in for my ring finger when I need my low notes NOW. I pop it out when I want to practice getting that finger to learn its new place in life. I have extras for when one rolls under the couch or the dog eats it trying to be helpful. I can now play A LOW B!!!!!!!!! Either this excites you too and you need a pack of these, or it doesn't and you should go shop for a flute mustache instead.

Stays In Place But Could Be More Snug
Used this on 2 open hole flutes (mostly for my Geimenhardt M3 Intermediate flute). I did not expect the plugs to stay in place without falling off as it could be a bit bigger and more snug, BUT... after 3 hours of use, the plugs are still in place so we'll see. I think it would be perfect if the top surface ledge is a bit bigger so the plugs are more secure, like what comes from the flute manufacturer.

Worked perfectly
The plugs are pliable silicone and fit perfectly. Due to disease, fingers no longer line up properly to cover the key holes. These plugs will enable me to continue playing.

great product make sure you get the right one ! Pay attention
I help people- At secondhand store and I, bought these flue caps but they were the wrong size made for a larger flute and style -- so they seemed to be toto small well just make sure you get the right size -- these for modern open hole flutes and they work great. lesson learned, this company is so cool.

Fits and stays in place well
I have a Yamaha open hole intermediate flute with a B foot and offset G that I play professionally with. I’m often taking one or two plugs out and always losing them. Since I don’t live near a music store I bought these online for the first time. These fit perfectly in the keys and are easy to remove, but they also don’t fall out easy. I’m glad to have found a packet of so many because I lose them often when I take them out and set them in my case.

They work as intended, sealing is OK, but I was hoping they can be more transparent as the picture shows.

Perfect MATCH Yamaha 272

The silicone covers feel nice to your fingers. Good contact, very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking to get their fingers back into playing shape without worrying about finger contact /coverage on the keys.

Petits bouchons translucides plus opaques que les bouchons d'origine de ma flûte Yamaha et s'adaptent parfaitement.
