Best for skinny guy
Best product, I say. So many 1-star ratings; I recommend it for you. Please take it properly; it will give massive strength and mass gain, trust me. I give this review after use. I used it 3 years back. I came for a repeat order, but the review was so bad, so I have to say some truths about it. Take as a supplement a not-whole food. You get nothing from a single pack; buy 2 packages and eat well. Get a massive muscular body. All the best, guys.

No Gains
0 gains. I took 2 scoops daily, one in the morning and another post workout. Some people have reported positive gains, but for me there were no gains. I also faced indigestion sometimes. Maybe it is not for me. But you can try and see for yourself.

Ok product
The problem with gainers is they are filled with Maltodextrin which is almost 80-85% in your serving. Having said that the taste is way too sweet.. I have used many whey products but this one is way too sweet… will not order again..

Does what it promises! Definitely gained weight in combo with exercise
Six weeks in and hitting a calorie surplus has become much more manageable. Mixes smooth with milk, the flavour holds up over time rather than getting sickly, and the protein to carb ratio is sensible for post training. Solid product.
