I bought this product to dry the herbs I grow with my aero garden. I am glad I bought this drying rack. It is very practical. This drying rack comes in two parts, so if you have a smaller amount of herbs to dry you can just use the “basic unit.” If you need more space just just clip on the second part and you have 3 more spaces for drying available. Each tier has a zipper that can be closed after you laid out your herbs, so nothing falls out due to a fan, if you dry indoors. I just put a hook in the ceiling and hung the unit up, added my herbs, and only a couple of days later my herbs were ready to be put in the mason jars I use to keep them. I definitely recommend this product. It is cost effective and looks like and does everything as prescribed in the product description.

its bigger than I anticipated. but works great for drying lots of herbs at a time. I like the removable additional layers at the bottom. I'm only using the top 3 layers at this time

Lightweight comes at a cost. The ad states it can be used for vegetables. You better plan a limit of 6 if they are whole. The straps that hold the top up need to continue down the side to add extra strength. Having them just attached he’d at the top invites failure, also the top needs some type of strong metal ring around it because the top buckles terribly under weight. Using this strictly for herb drying would probably be fine.

One of the zippers broke on the first pull! Not a bad product other than poor QA.

Purchased these to dry harvested flower. I personally like to wet trim my flowers then place them in this awesome rack! After the trim is done I am able to dry my flowers for a couple/few days in this mesh rack. It has been a life safer... Because there is 6 separate racks I am able to keep flowers separated by type (i just add a little note with each one, made the mistake of not labeling them the 1st time). There is amble air flow due to the 360 degrees of mesh netting; which helps speed things up and fight mold. The racks are all enclosed which keeps everything secure and pest/others out. (if your handy you can rig it up, to take a small lock; like TSA luggage locks). the racks them self are PLENTY big; I was actually suprised when I opened it as I thought it was going to be to big; but its not! the added space is a win... There is also a solid bottom so anything that makes its way through the netting is collected there (you can save it with ease) which keeps it off the floor. PROS: quality made quality material nice big size (pictures make it look smaller than it is) each rack is completely enclosed you can separate top 3 racks from bottom 3 comes with a strap and metal hook to hang it from (you can hang the unit from almost anything though) comes with a storage bag (it would be hard to store it without it) collapsable Solid bottom (collects trichs.) Allows me to hang from my porch and dry all the spices and herbs I grow. Works good with rosemary and lavender.
