Works on moles too!
This is a great product, very similar to what my dermatologist charges $40 per use for. This is very powerful stuff and honestly, dont agree you should spray it directly on your skin... especially not using the straw the comes with it. The straw is NOT accurate at all! I tried spraying on a skin tag and the straw sprayed around the tag in nearly a 1-inch radius, despite my being close to it. I did find a better way. I cut the tip off of a COtton Swab, leaving just the cardboard stick. I then sprayed the end of the stick and quickly applied the stick to the tag. This was MUCH more precise. The tag turned white and that's when I removed the stick. A week later, the tag was completely gone! I decided to also try it on a small mole I had on my leg. The first treatment, after a week, caused the raised mole to flatten out a bit, and become less dark. It took 3 treatments, about a week apart each, and the mole disappeared as well! I was very pleasantly surprised. No doubt that it would work on warts also. I'd definately reccommend the product, provided you use something besides the straw to make it more accurate. When you treat a spot, you might hear a little "sizzle" as it freezes the skin. This is NORMAL. The skin will also briefly turn white, then possibly red afterwards. This is also NORMAL. Do not freeze any spot for longer than a second or two with direct spray, or 3 or 4 seconds when using an indirect method (like my Q-tip idea). If you feel more than just a slight pain from the cold then stop spraying because you can damage your skin. It is better to spray too little than too much... and if you want to try using the straw, I also recommend doing a test spray on something besides your skin, first, just so you can see the accuracy level of the straw method.

Remove the Tab!
The tab on top of the can has to be removed before use. There were no instructions indicating this. As others mentioned, the spray does not have pinpoint accuracy (even with the tube insert), and hit a much larger area than intended. Still, it seems to work with patience and a few applications. You'll definitely need to protect surrounding skin somehow.

Works as designed, TEST flow rate before use
This stuff is no joke. It worked great to freeze off a skin tag. One word of caution. The spray comes out very fast when the trigger is fully pressed. Test the flow rate (NOT on your skin) with various amounts of trigger squeeze pressure to see how to control the flow rate. I did not do this and the overspray burned my chest, finger and wrist. It was like a bad sunburn, skin peeled after a few days and everything. I'll definitely use it again, but I'll practice (NOT on my skin) to fine tune the right about of squeeze pressure as to minimize the overspray. Although I haven't tried it yet, you can apparently spray it on a Q-tip for a few seconds and then press the Q-tip onto the affected area. If viable, this is definitely the safer way to go.

Missing the straw for accurate application
It did not include the "straw" for directing the spray to a specific spot. They are usually taped to the side of the can. But no straw and no tape to indicate it was there at one time. It's much less usable to me without it, but I'm only deducting 2 stars, because I haven't used it yet. For the high price (one 10oz can for $40), I expect better QC.

Great product!
Excellent product and works just like the freezing compound used by dermatologists. I strongly advise being extremely careful with this! If you don't know how to use this safely, you can easily cause permanent damage if it over sprays anywhere around your eyes. It does not have the best control, especially if the can is not held exactly upright. I have used this to treat questionable lesions on my chest and legs, and it has done in excellent job. Just make sure to protect all the surrounding areas that you don't want to treat, with something that can withstand the instant freezing of the spray. I highly recommend, but again, with very cautious use. A Q-tip works very well, and just needs to be reapplied several times to be effective.

terrible quality
the sprayer and nozzle are useless. i have cans of WD-40 in the garage which spray better and more conssitantly than this. Most of the time i squeeze the trigger as hard as i can and nothing comes out. sometimes a weak little puff. The gas that comes out is not very cold. Also, no straw is delivered to make accurtae spray. the entire purchase was a waste of money and i think a scam. Veyr poor qualirty product. Also, beware this product is not returnable, so you will be wasting your money.
