Is the wireless usb dongle (adapter) that comes with this wireless mouse....compatible with corsair wireless gaming keyboard and headset?

Every wireless device comes with its own usb dongle. It will be only compatible with the mouse. I'm not sure if it is even possible to use multiple devices from one wireless dongle.

Can the slipstream dongle of this wireless mouse be used to pair with other wireless Corsair devices e.g. keyboard?
