The cherry flavor is very subtle and comes in just at the right moment, preventing the bar from being overly sweet. ​I also appreciate the good ingredients used in these bars. ​In terms of value, it's generally okay, but I personally recommend waiting until there's a good sale or deal here on Amazon to stock up and maximize your savings. They are definitely worth buying when on promotion!

My husband is frequently hungry and also eats when he is working....Kind Bars Dark Chocolate are the perfect snack for him when he is moving around the house, thinking about writing a lecture or designing a product. The chocolate is very tasty and there are just enough nuts to keep hunger at bay. He is able to drop a bar in his pocket to consume later as the size is convenient for this. These bars are not cheap, but very high quality is worth the small extra price paid. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought these KIND Caramel Almond & Sea Salt bars a few times now and they’re consistently great. The flavor balance is spot on—light caramel sweetness with a little sea salt and lots of crunchy almonds. They’re not sticky or overly sweet like some bars. What I like: - 6g protein and decent fiber for the calories - Only 5g sugar per bar, but still tastes like a treat - Gluten-free and uses whole almonds as the main ingredient - Individually wrapped and don’t melt or crumble in a bag What could be better: - Price can be a bit high unless they’re on sale - If you don’t love crunchy textures, this might feel a little hard Bottom line: A reliable snack that actually keeps me full between meals without a sugar crash. I’ll keep these in my desk and gym bag. Recommended.

These are great snack bars. They aren't high in sugar, taste great, and the ingredients are well-made.

These nut bars are absolutely delicious. Real dried cherries and dark chocolate combine tart and sweet with the salty crunch of peanuts and cashews to give your mouth a real treat. As with most KIND products, you're paying a little bit extra for something that tastes better, but it's absolutely worth it. The bars are a pretty decent size and relatively filling, and the nut/fruit combo is pretty good for a little burst of energy. I generally enjoy them as a midday snack, or sometimes I'll even just have one in place of breakfast if I'm in a rush, because these bars are filling enough to hold me over until lunchtime if I don't have time to eat in the morning. I'm rating the KIND dark chocolate cherry cashew bars four stars instead of five, as I wish they had a few more cashews and a few less peanuts. For the price KIND expects for their products, they should throw their customers a few more of the premium nuts, just sayin'. Also, as KIND is known for healthy, protein-forward snacks, I was a bit disappointed that these bars contain only four grams of protein. But other than that, yep, these are great. They taste good, they have real ingredients that you can see are real, the dark chocolate is well-tempered and seems to have a decent percentage of cocoa, I'd say around 75 percent.

I buy these for my husband when we are dieting. If you love dark chocolate and nuts, these are for you. They are a bit pricey, I think, but they are good quality and lower in carbs than other breakfast bars.

Very nice bar. Not too sweet, the bar aside from black chocolate and almonds has a distinct mocha flavor. Good for boosting enery after a hike, delicious as a work break snack or cut up in little pieces as a small desert.

Perfect for those times when I can't have a proper meal. It isn't too sweet and has just the right amount of saltiness to keep me chewing. I'll definitely be ordering these again.

Kind Bar's are a staple in my office drawer since finding them last year. I am rotating round flavors to decide which i like the most. The Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt Bar's main attraction is the high nut content. This leads 7g of fiber and 6g of protein in a 40g bar; and a lowish 5g of sugars. The bars are clearly almondy with a dark chocolate base. They are as a result of the nuts the texture is very crunchy (it may test your teeth crunch.) The taste is far more savory than a sweeter bar like apple and cinnamon bars which at 10g have twice the sugar. The nuts and the slight bitterness of the chocolate are nice; and the effect of the smaller seeds give a variety of taste and texture in the mouth as you chew. The salt is really though and if you dislike the taste of salt these may not be for you.

Schon lange habe ich keinen so leckeren und sättigenden Riegel mehr gegessen, einfach großartig. Habe die KIND-Bars zufällig mal bei REWE entdeckt, wo sie leider nur ein paar Tage in der Aktion waren. Schön, dass ich hier jetzt immer für Nachschub sorgen kann. Der Preis ist für einen Riegel zwar relativ hoch, aber durch die "unkritischen" Zutaten sind die Riegel ihr Geld wirklich wert. Ein Traum wäre natürlich, wenn die Firma es schaffen würde, den Zucker weiter zu minimieren und durch Reissirup oder ähnliches zu ersetzen.
