DC Batman 2-Slice Toaster

I bought this toaster for my four year old son who is obsessed with Batman. He loves it and won’t let anyone else use it. We’ve had some really nice bat signals from it, but it does need to be on the toastier side of cooked. Overall, it’s a nice toaster and I’m glad to have another one on our counter for my big family (though he doesn’t know I sometimes use it without his knowledge. Our secret, right?)

I am a bad reviewer of this product simply because my toast is gluten-free made at home so not typical wheat toast and, as such, does not leave the famous logo on the toast. This is not a fault of the toaster, but of the bread. Still, it makes toast reliably and is easy to clean, which is what I want a toaster for. I will have to settle for the logo on the side of the toaster itself. It did make my wife giggle when she saw it, so five stars just for that.

I purchased this for my updated kitchen. My grand kids and I are Batman fans and figured they would get a kick out of this toaster. Kind of flimsy and the Batman design doesn’t show up ver well. But overall cute and compact.

This arrived scratched. That doesnt bother me much but im sure others would like to know. The shipping quality for the toaster was just poorly packaged and it got scratched pretty bad. Not sure if it was damaged during transit or if it already was like that. But the toast comes out perfect everytime and the batman logo is very clear!

I’ve had this toaster for over a year now and it still works and looks great. The bat symbol is barely visible on the lowest setting but the higher the setting you use is the clearer the image appears on your toast.

This review is for product ONLY! Not the seller, or Amazon's mishandling of packing and shipping. The toaster works as a toaster. ONLY! I tried THREE separate settings three different times. Toasting on the lowest setting barely toasts at all. Ok, it's the lowest setting, it's supposed to be lightly toasted. So, I retoasted it to get the Batman logo on it. This was the BEST image of the Bat of all three tests. It was nowhere near the "pretty" pictures we see, however. But, because I retoasted it, I thought that would be cause for the poor quality "image". That is when a retest was necessary. So, I tested at a higher setting. 2. Still nothing. And then 3. This was the WORST "image". No, not even an image. It was just toast. At this point, anything at 4 or 5 would be too burnt. Aside from personal taste, I just can't eat toast that well done, for physical reasons. So, no point in testing 4 or 5, if I won't be able to eat it. It does work as a toaster. Does what any $5 toaster will do. Except this is not a $5 toaster. IF one wants to keep this solely as a collectible item, then it is great for that. It would make a nice Batman display item. If one wants to have a $5 toaster for $20ish that displays the Bat symbol, that's cool too. But if you want the toaster to burn in the Bat symbol sadly, this is not the toaster to do that. Instead, you're better off toasting 2 slices of bread and taking a bat symbol and taking a mallet to it, and hammering it in, because thats the only way this will give you the Batman icon on your toast. Works as described: No Zero Stars Neat Item: Bunch of fluff. Some coolness factor IF you don't want to use it as described. Two stars, because it is a cool concept Value: $20 for a $5 toaster? No thanks. 0 stars. Overall: Money back please 1/2 star. Maybe that translates to ARggh? Will try to get pictures before it's return.

Cumple con lo prometido, tiene 5 niveles de tostado (en la foto donde estan los 5 pan formados se ve cada nivel) Funciona mejor con pan blanco de caja por el tamaño, asegurense de poner el pan bien pegado al logo para que se marque como debe, algunos dicen que hay que quemar el pan pero desde el primer nivel se ve en la foto como queda el logo marcado...un excelente regalo para un fanatico, los materiales no son de la mejor calidad pero sin duda vale mucho la pena por el precio La pedi sola en el envio por lo que no excedio mil pesos y no paso aduana, entonces no pague ningun impuesto adicional por el envio a mexico

It doesnt actually burn the symbol into your bread. The toast gets shot out and usually ends up on the counter. And its hard to tell what heating setting its on.
